As a result of the song "Let Me Know", A group of volunteers from the Lutheran Church Charities and Voice of Care organized a trip to go to South Mississippi Regional Center in Long Beach, MS to put on a camp for the mentally retarted clients there and to help in the local residents rebuild their homes. My family and I, along with our pastor, Pastor Richard Sawyer of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Brandon, MS, accompanied them on Sunday 2/26/06 and Monday, 2/27/06. The rest of the team remained through Saturday 3/4/06 to continue their service to the people of the area. Their effort inspired another song, "He Works Through Means". Please consider donating your time and or money to continue the work. Below are some pictures from our trip.
